Brent Hill holds a B.S. in accounting and an MBA. Mr. Hill has held several senior financial positions over the last 26 years. He has worked in banking, transportation, telecommunications, biotechnology and real estate portfolio development. Mr. Hill has participated in over 40 merger/acquisition transactions in the USA and EU (deal size from $10 million to $2.3 billion).

Having returned to the USA from 12 years working in the EU (5 years in London and seven years in Paris), Mr. Hill has most recently worked with the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. (STOFI). During his time with STOFI; Mr. Hill served as interim-COO, advised on a bank acquisition project, restructure of the “box beef” program, severed on the Board of the STOFI bottled juice operation, expanded the tobacco operation, and coordinated the development of a zero tax Per Capita program (once fully implemented, this program is estimated to save between $100 to $200 in federal income taxes per year to the individual Seminole tribal members).
